Inclusionary Zoning in principle is a fine thing and it would have been great if the city applied it across the board starting decades ago. BUT, since we already have a disproportionate amount of low income housing in some areas and virtually none in others the city's first priority should be attaining a more even distribution across the city by placing more low income and affordable housing in some areas and none in others.
